Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location and parking. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic, parking, or any other personal emergency. Late arrivals will be cancelled and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your schedule appointment time.
We appreciate at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. NO CALL, NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. A credit card is required to have on file to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged until the day of your appointment.
Consultations: we kindly ask for 24 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee, and an additional deposit will be required upon making any future appointments. As a courtsey we are happy to refund the booking fee, if you decide the procedure is NOT for you, or is medically contraindicated.
Touch-ups cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeit their complimentary touch-up and will be charged a $50 cancellation fee for my time. Touch-ups booked outside of the first 6 weeks, will incur a touchup fee of $175. A credit card is required to have on file to hold your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of your appointment.
NO GUESTS PLEASE:
Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, hubbys, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars in our neighborhood, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.
CREDIT CARD ON FILE:
A CREDIT CARD is required on file immediately upon booking to secure all appointments. You will not be charged until the day of your appointment, unless booking a package. This is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment.

FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:
Priority booking will always be given to our return clients over new clients. If you are a return client and you need a touch up, simply call or text (760)877-8747 or book online.
We occasionally have cancellations or rescheduled appointments. These appointment times are offered to wait list clients first, and then advertised on social media. Appointments are offered on a first come, first served basis and may be offered at a discounted rate to fill the appointment.
EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists’ work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE your appointment booking. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed your service.
Microblading with the addition of shading, also known as; blade & shade, hybrid brow, or combo brow is available to all microblading clients for an additional $50.00 and includes the touch-up.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL MICROBLADING CLIENTS:
Permanent make-up is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions are crucial! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
Please remember that every effort is made to keep our clients as comfortable as possible, using a combination of local and topical anesthetics, however this is a TATTOO and some level or degree of pain is to be expected. There are many individual biological factors that may effect the clients level pain of control, and are completely out of the artist control. The rate of absorption and the body’s metabolism of the medication varies from person to person, as does one’s pain threshold and perception to pain. 99% of the time our clients experience little to ZERO pain during their procedure, however on occasion some may report some degree of pain. Again, this procedure is a TATTOO!
Presently, our working hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9am-5pm by appointment only. We are in the process of expanding our menu of services, as well as a launching a brand NEW 950 sq ft location in the next few months! As a working mother herself, Shawnda understands her client’s need for evening and weekend appointments. In order to accommodate the demands of our clients 1 or 2 weekend days a month will be open for appointments. Weekend appointments are subject to $50.00 service charge effective April 1, 2018.
